It's still too early stage of the Regular Season in SLB, but even now we can clearly see the difference between stronger teams and outsiders. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.
The most exciting game of round 6 in the SLB took place in Guildford. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of their close opponent Scorchers (2-3) to eighth ranked Leicester Riders (2-4) 80-78 on Friday evening. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was guard RaeQuan Battle (196-2001, college: WVU) who scored 27 points. Guard Donald Carey (196-1999, college: Maryland) chipped in 13 points and 6 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Kino Lilly (183, college: Brown) who recorded 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Scorchers' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Newcastle E. Surrey lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. Leicester R. is looking forward to face league's leader London on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Surrey will have a break next round.
